1.Replace facia that rotten approximately linear feet prime and paint for $ 2.Front masonry (stucco) section of house, fill cracks and paint all the rest of exterior of house and trailer: $4, Replace roof support posts (beams) in rear of house:$ Take off rear storage area that is attached to trailer and dispose: $ Build front landing and steps using materials furnished by owner: $ Seal side deck and front landing: $NOTES: $due upon acceptance of estimate, $3,due at completion of paintingBalance due upon completion of job
