The property management company was unreachable for urgent needs required by myself as a tenant which resulted in un-necessary expense to me of $I tried to inform the company of my needs for assistance when locking myself out of my apartment late at nightNo one would assist me which resulted in my needing to call a locksmithThis was fine but I was told I needed to replace the damaged lock at my own expense which was also understandableHowever, there was no communication with the landlord on this matter and I was not informed that I had to replace the lock with a specific brandI was then later made to pay for the lock to be replaced again at the landlord's preference to a specific brandIf the property management company was doing it's job to assist me with this matter as the liaison between owner and renter, I would not have had to incur this expense twice
