I commend *** and his crew for taking the time to find the source of my water main leak, which ended past 8:p.m The next day they came out to remove the tree and roots that caused the break in the water line I don't think I would have gotten a better deal elsewhere *** was very professional in his estimate and final sale I recommend Bull Dawg Total Lawn Care

Bulldawg Total Lawn Care is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Their prices seem reasonable, but it doesn't take long to discover that the services you are paying for will not be rendered. From the very beginning of our contract, I began having issues with Bulldawg not showing up to our house, yet I was still being charged. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told that they "forgot to put us on the schedule." No effort was made to make up for the missed visit at all. This was not the only time that this happened either. I was forced to call and inquire about when I would receive another visit quite a few times over the course of our contract. At one point, I called to update my information because I had received a new debit card. I was not past due, and the woman on the phone thanked me for my prompt update. The very next day 2 charges of 127.00 dollars were taken out of my account. I contacted Bulldawg again to resolve the issue. They promised to correct the charges and call me back the next day. I did not get a call back. What I did get was ANOTHER charge of 127.00 dollars. I called again. Again, I was promised a call back and reversal of the payments. It still did not happen. Over a week later and after more phone calls, I finally received my money back. I was not offered any other compensation for the inconvenience. I have FINALLY finished my contract with this company and I cannot be more glad that it is over. I am not usually one to complain; however, this business did not hold up their end of the contract whatsoever. Never again will I ever do business with them. I hope that I am able to at least warn a few people about their "service."
