A great experience in every aspect with Bulldog. From the consultation and estimate, all the way through clean up and final inspection. We had a unique situation where a dormer was installed by a different company decades ago that we found out wasn't vented properly. Bulldog came out several times and drew up an affordable plan to properly vent the original attic as well as the dormer. They also came out several times after the job was done to talk over and update areas where we needed some adjustments made. Very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I would highly recommend Bulldog for any home improvement needs.

The job was performed exactly as the sales rep had described to me. The work crew were well trained and worked extremely well during some very windly and sometimes wet weather. I was very pleased with all aspects of this project

Tar left on the roof.
Trash and damage to fences and gardens.
Big tire tracks left in the lawn from the huge scissor lift they drive on it.
Gutters not cleaned out.
Chimney flashing done poorly.
The only good thing was the price but after repairing some of the above mentioned items I guess not.

Would highly recommend! Every step from my first request for a quote to the clean up after install was a 5 star experience! Mark and his crew were professional, personable and the price was great too. We had quotes that were double what we paid and honestly feel we chose the best guys for the job. We could tell they really care about the job they are doing and they're not just a group of guys that are only there to collect a paycheck. Windows on the house will be our next big project and no question about it, Bull Dog Builders will be doing that for us also. Can't say enough good about these guys! Just wanted to take a few minutes to relate my recent experience with Bulldog Builders, LLC. Recently spent some time with my older sister in Wauwatosa. The purpose of my visit was to help her arrange for repair of her homes roof (which was in terrible condition). Without any actual knowledge of local roofing contractors, we contacted several companies about the need for someone to examine the roof and provide an estimate of the associated cost and proposed scheduling. We were disappointed to find that the companies we had contacted seemed to have very little interest in the job particularly because I was only going to be at my sisters home for a little over a week. Therefore, since I was the primary person dealing with getting an appraisal/estimate done, a contract signed and the work scheduled, no one seemed to be available. Fortunately, another homeowner in my sisters neighborhood was having their roof replaced by Bulldog Builders and having watched their progress I decided to contact them about my sisters home. The work I witnessed on the neighbors home appeared to be very professional, neat and very conscientious. The Bulldog personnel had gone out of their way to protect all of the shrubbery surrounding the house so as not to damage any of the existing plants by falling debris during the demolition and during installation of the new roofing. I subsequently contacted Mr. Mark *** (Bulldog Builders project manager) and explained my sisters situation as well as the fact that I would have to return home to Atlanta the following week. I was extremely pleased and surprised when Mr. agreed to visit my sisters home that very day. Mr. provided us with an estimate for the necessary roof repair/replacement and was furthermore able to show us where some additional repairs of the existing soffit and fascia were badly needed. Mr. went out of his way to make sure we understood all of the repairs that were needed and why they were needed. He went into my sisters attic and took multiple pictures of the interior condition of the roof. Fortunately, the interior was in good repair and most of the work that was needed was exterior replacement of shingles, flashing, etc. However, after thorough examination of the houses soffit and fascia, Mr. was able to show us where there was significant damage that needed to be addressed before resulting in interior damage due to leaks from rain and melting snow. The pictures that Mr. provided us with left no doubt about the repairs that were needed in order to avoid more serious damage.
I have to say that I was not only impressed with Mr. professionalism and his obvious knowledge of residential construction, but he was always very polite, understanding and helpful. Without his help we would never have been able to get this work done in such a timely manner. Most of the work was actually done after I returned to Atlanta, but during construction Mr. and I were able to communicate by phone and text, as needed, sometimes on a daily basis, and while I can’t say there was even one problem that needed to be resolved, any question that needed to be addressed was quickly and easily dealt with. I can’t imagine a more thorough and accommodating project manager. Mr. and the Bullldog craftsmen went above and beyond what we expected and in the end they were kind enough to clear out my sisters gutters and downspouts. In the end, an outstanding job that was reasonably priced. An excellent recommendation for Bulldog Builders. Even my sisters neighbors are thrilled with the beautiful new roof.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
exceptional service from start to finish! My roof life was over 3 years ago unfortunantely I wasn't in a good financial state to replace it. Fast foward to the present day and it was definantly time. I did some research and found Bulldog Builders through ***. I spoke to Mark about replacing my roof and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Mark was very informative and honest in regards to his inspection and findings. Ultimately I hired Bulldog Builders to replace my roof. The process was simple and painless. The crew was very professional, courteous, and completed the job in a timely manor!

Roof installation went flawlessly, Received a terrific price for a tearoff and asphalt roof replacement, after signing agreement, they came out within a few days amd completed entire roofing in under 3 days. Highly recommend them for roofing. I had them reroof my 4-Plex and detached 4 car garage. Very pleased with the finished product, you will be too.

I want to give a shout out to Wes K with Bulldog Builders in the Milwaukee WI area. He helped up finish our project after our previous contractor walked. Wes showed great integrity and honesty during this project.

Paid over $14,000 to get a section of my commercial building roof replaced. Long story short the same part of the roof that was supposed to be replaced is still leaking and Owner is refusing to fix the issue. I was suppose to have 20 year warranty on the roof. They just supposedly replaced it in November 2017 and it Is now January and we're still having the same issue.

I hired Bulldog Builders in August to replace my roof. They worked on schedule and completed the project in just over a month. The cost of the work was similar to other estimates I got, but the work was exceptional! Everyone was friendly and respected my schedule and demands. I intend on hiring Bulldog Builders for any future projects I have!

I hired Bulldog Builders in September to finish my basement. All employees were easy to work with, communicated well, and skilled in their craft! The project was finished in under two months (I had a demanding schedule which the owners flexed around) and the price I paid was about the same as other estimates I had done beforehand. I am very pleased with the work this small business did and look forward to sharing their name with my friends.
