They canceled appointment on me because I'm to far out but they made the appointment with me 2 days ago knowing what my address was.
I called them on Wednesday 6-3-20 to schedule appointment to check out my kitchen drain. They was scheduled to come out Friday 6-5-30 at 1pm. At 1130am. On Friday they called to cancel my appointment as to I live to far out from them. Why did you make an appointment with me if I was to far out im only 25 miles. And no left on a Friday afternoon to find someone else to clean my kitchen drain before the weekend. Why didn't they call Thursday or say something when they call me Wednesday. Oh ya by the way they called me first as I filled out an online thing looking for someone.
Come do the job you said you would do. But I aint paying for it now
We had spoke with the wife when this was cancelled. Sorry that no one had gotten back to the customer before the day of service. I don't believe its reasonable for the customer to ask for the service to have been done for free.
This company was contaced to fix a plumbing issue in my home. Worker showed up in a sports car with a 15 year old kid who followed him around my home. They were there for 2 hours and left stating the "issue could not be fixed" The next morning I called in a different company who came in and resolved the issue in less time for the same amount of money while using the same machine to attempt to fix the issue. This gentlemen stated what he did was very routine and he does a dozen of them a day and that who ever was here last night should have been able to fix it without an issue. He said this was a very routine clog and that Bulldog Mechanical took advantage of me. I paid this 23 year old kid and his 15 year old friend $165 to hang out at my house for 2 hours and than paid $200 the next day to a company for less than hour of work to fix what couldn't be done in 2 hours for $165.00
Billing Adjustment I would like to be refunded the $165.00 I paid this company.
Customer was given partial refund back, we did not have the right equipment for job the customer was aware before the job took place that it was an auger attempt, and was notified several times it was not a garuntee upon not being able to complete job cover was already given a discount of 62% off as the technicians were called out after hours and still given a partial refund back based on the unhappiness of customer, no one in the company owns a "sports" vehicle one technician had to use person sedan, because as mentioned it was after hours and techs were already home with family. There were only two technicians on site no one below the age of 18 is on payroll. The partial refund was $35.00 so the diagnostic fee still only came out to $130.00 (as it was after hours).

"There were only two technicians on site" This is completely false there were 3. The first two people that arrived, one of them was 15 years old he happily announced that to me. The "employee" stated this is my girlfriends little brother. These two went to the basement looked around and then called for help. Sat outside in their car for 45 minutes and a third person arrived. Collectively the 3 of them said they couldn't fix the issue with their equipment. The next day I called a different company who came over with the same equipment and fixed the issue in half the time it took 3 people to NOT fix the issue. Please advise it is well documented with the second company that everything he did was entirely routine and he stated anyone licensed or working in this field could have done what I just did. He documented that Bulldog Mechanical should have been equipped to handle this clog. The 3 Bulldog employees at my house refused to take a cap off a pipe because they thought it would "break" The additional company arrived the next morning removed the cap from the pipe within 5 minutes of being on the property and within the hour the problem was fixed and the cap was placed back on the pipe securely. There was no logical explanation for Bulldog Mechanical to NOT remove that pipe cover and attempt to fix the problem.
