Hello, to whom this may concern I would like to start by saying I am very dissatisfied in the quality of craftsmanship and customer service I have had through Dixie chopper from the dealership "bulldog power equipment located at West glacier drive Indianapolis in, their phone number is 317-996-I bought a brand new pursuit (serial number 15131771) from bulldog power equipment and have had nothing but trouble with itAfter month of use and only 5hrs of run time almost everytime I engage the blades the belt shoots offI took it back to where I bought it and after they had it for week the only thing they could come up with was a smaller belt, And they told me when I picked it up that it still throws the belt every now and then so it was not really fixed I have now had it for months and have 8.5hrs of run time on it and have the same problem againI contacted the dealership again and requested I return this mower for a refund because it is not useableThe refus
