Hello, my roofer was at the home several days prior to the customer filing a complaint. The customer was unaware that her husband had spoke to and seen my roofer.  On June 12 I went to the residence to inspect and found that the window trim or vinyl siding  appears to be leaking....

 This is the same problem area my roofer found the week prior.  The customer was made aware the roof is not leaking and understands where the problem is originating from. We were not responsible for siding or window  work, only the roof. The roof is functioning properly and does not need repairs. Thank you, [redacted] Bulldog Roofing

I am rejecting this response because: it is the same as before my complaint. It is only a general summary of charges with no detail. There is a charge for "construction" with no explanation. Work was left unfinished. The bathroom vanity was...

unfinished, some wood trim was not replaced, closet doors were not properly re-hung, and holes were left in the walls.  I also have still never been contacted by Bulldog despite leaving numerous messages on an answering machine and with a receptionist. An unsigned "timeline" is not a proper response to a customer requesting a detail of charges and asking for unfinished work to be completed.     Sincerely,
