FOLLOW UP: This customer came into our office this morningUpon being greeted, the first thing the customer said was, "Does everyone here have an attitude?" Customer was perceived as hostile and argumentative and it is our belief that the phone conversation with our answering service was perceived the same wayThe customer was told that our office staff does not argue our rates, we simply explain them

We ordered a wheel for Mrs*** it was a special order in which we would incur a 25% restock is why she would be responsible for this fee
We were absolutely not rude to this womanShe came back an hour or so after paying and we put in
the order for the wheel at the same timeIf anyone was rude it was herI myself tried to talk to her and one of the ladies here as well because she went bonkers on our lobbyWe wish there were no hard feelings but we were only providing a service at no financial gain so were are unable to pay the restock fee or even a refund at this point as the wheel has been delivered to herSorry for any inconvenience this has or may cause
