To whom it may concern I (*** *** made many attempts to explain my position on this matterI was contacted initially by the customer saying we had a little problem by text message (I saved them all for this very reason) l called the customer and she explained that there was some damage
to the rear bumper of her car (the Honda) I told her at that time four days later was a long time for me to take responsibility since the car had not been in my possession for that many days and I was sure the damage had not occurred while the vehicles were in my possessionShe then went on to tell me that it was obvious the car behind hers had hit it and it was that simple so I reminded her that her car was the first on the trailer and her husband's Lexus was behind the Honda and ask if it too had been damaged she said no but said her car was in the middle of the trailer and didn't know what I was talking aboutI said okay I have a picture (and still do) of how the cars were loaded and sent it to her once confronted with the fact of the proof I had she tells me it don't matter it's still my fault she says it has to be my fault because it was covered equally with the dust from the tripI said okay if I did damage this car, which I didn’t, at some point along the trip wouldn't the dust be disturbed as she had stated someone had attempted to repair well once again totally side stepping my logic for the situation she just wanted it to be my fault and it is not I told her I was advised by an officer I had mentioned this to that she needed to call and get a police report but because the cars were accepted that night (which I tried to bring the next day in the light but her husband was not having) that nothing could really be done because anything could have happened after I dropped them off and the time to say something was upon acceptanceThere are forms I have for this very reason but her husband was in a hurry took both cars to the house and hurriedly left because he was hungryI'm sorry for what she is going thru with this and sorry that she thinks I did this but I will not accept the blame for something I did not doThanks for your time in this matter *** *** P.Sall text messages and photos are still on hand and can be provided as neededAgain Thank you ***
