Per my conversation with the customer, I have spent a lot of hours trying to get a resolve but I cannot get a resolve from the CarrierFurthermore, I have tried and filed a claim, but the insurance will not allow me to file a claim on behalf of the customerAt this point, the carrier is neglecting to take action and we are being blamed for damages that we did not causeI will continue to search for a resolve, but that is were we stand as of today, and that was explained to the customer
There was a broker(Bulldog Transport), and a carrier which was involved in the shipment of the vehicleThe broker only collected $for this transaction because we had to pay the carrier an extra $to deliver the vehicle as quickly as possibleThis route is over miles and its nearly
impossible to deliver in 2-daysThe client was explained this on multiple occasionsThe carrier will not sacrifice the security of the vehicle and other vehicles on the truck to meet a deadlineThere is weather, traffic, and other customers involved so the customer must anticipate a window for delivery
We can contact the carrier and try to get money back from the $550COD, but the amount if they do agree is entirely dependent on the carrierIf we can manage something, the customer will be notified right away
