I met with Mike *** on Friday, November 29 to discuss replacing the glass of 86 windows. Our appointment was set for 10 am. When he had not arrived by 10:30, I called the office and there was no answer and I left a voice message asking when he would arrive. He came at 11 am. We discussed that I desired glass windows "with no bars". I do not like the look of windows with bars so I am 100% CERTAIN I would not have ordered a product I find unattractive. I told him I was having other house projects performed on December 6 and it would be ideal if the windows could be installed on the same day. He said yes that it could occur. I gave Mike *** a check for $4782.00 check #1006 for a 50% down payment on the installation of 86 glass windows with no bars. On December 6 at 12:30, no one had called or arrived so I called the office and spoke to Jennifer *** who did not have my project on that day's schedule. She reported the product was either not in or had not been ordered yet. I told her it would have been helpful to be given this information as I could have made other plans with my time. I also clarified with Jennifer *** that the product I ordered was glass windows with no bars. She called me 5 weeks later on January 14,2020 to state the windows ordered are behind schedule due to the holidays. She scheduled the installation to be on January 20-21
When I got home in the evening on January 20, I saw that the wrong product was installed in 17 windows in the home. I was devastated! I specifically ordered window glass with NO BARS. As soon as I noticed the error, I called BullDozier at 7:07 pm and no one answered and I left a message. No one called me the next morning so I called again and spoke to Ms Fielder to alert her that the wrong product had been installed. Mike *** called and said "I don't know what to do". He called the next day and said he was "going to be out $4000.00 and could I cover half the cost" of his error. I declined and said it's not fair for the customer to be penalize

Billing Adjustment I desire my original order of 86 glass windows with NO bars to be correctly and professionally installed in a timely manner for the original price agreed upon of $9565 of which I have already paid half. I have consulted with family, friends, professional colleagues, community groups, church members, clergy, and my realtor, all who unanimously agree that I, the customer, should never have to pay more for a company's mistake in ordering the wrong product.
