A piece of of what is suppose to be a wrought iron fence has come apart...within 4 months of the installation.No response to multiple contacts
Paid $3400.00 for the installation in 08/2018 of a wrought iron fence at the end of the driveway 2 gates for entry to the area. The poles are welded to the cross bars and one has come apart, I started contacting Mr. Woodson in Jan 2019 and have been ignored, put off and basically lied to about making or even accessing what needs to be done to correct the problem. I have offered to pay if his work does not carry a minimum guarantee without a least a refusal to do the work.
At this time I have started to investigate whether the product is wrought iron or something else.
This product is not wrought iron...i would like it replaced with wrought iron.
We resolved this issue on May 3, 2019. We went to Ms. *** house and welded where she said the gate came apart.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The picket was welded to the place it was attached initially, looking at the workmanship it was not done in an fashion that is not a noticeable repair. It looks like an adhesive product was applied hurriedly.
