Review: I had a potential to send SMS for a election campaign last minute, and need 50,000.00 worth of services. I was promised by [redacted] that if the deal did not go through I would be refunded the 50,000.00 and could pull back via ACH. They were unable to delivery messages as promised and I asked for the 50,000.00 back and they are refusing to pay it.Desired Settlement: I want my 50,000.00 back.

This complaint was posted before we had a chance to determine a refund date with the customer. At no point did we refuse a refund. We've provided a date of refund and are in the process of issuing the refund now.
