We took our car to Bulletproof Auto on Thursday April 25th and talked with *** *** *** *** about what specific repairs we wanted doneWe purchased all of the parts ahead of time so we knew we had the right partsThe first time he told us the car would be done the next dayWe went in the next day and it was not done, he told us he had a few more things to do it would only be another hour or two, so we came back in hours and it still was not doneHe informed us that we needed a different part, so I stalked and found the part which he asked me to drop off at his house on Monday April 28th and he would be able to have the car done the same dayAgain it was not done, he never called us to alert us to problems or contacted us about issues unless we came in to pick up the carMy husband finally had to show him how to flare lines, and explained what kind of tools he needed to do the work as well as how to put things back togetherNot only did he mess things up repeatedly he flat out told us that he looked up on youtube how to reset a part, and then used parts that are not supposed to be used in the brake linesHe has no experience or real knowledge of auto mechanicsHe advertises that he picks up and delivers and we told him we needed it delivered, yet he never delivered it as agreedI had to find a ride to Fond du Lac at pm to pick the car up, which was unlocked with the key sitting on the visorOur vehicle could have been stolen or property stolen out of our vehicleHe refused to answer our phone calls and then texted us to let us know where our car and key were
