I have been a little frustrated that it is difficult to get a response from your customer service! I am very happy with the product that I actually received however I only received a small portion of what I actually ordered and paid for. I do not have the packing slip as I was not initially concerned about my order. I just figured that the other part would be delivered soon after but it never arrived. I have attached photos of the actual product received as well as my email order slip and My order on my account looks odd as it shows that I was charged for the items but under the kit that I ordered it says I was charged but quantity is 0? This notice was eventually forwarded by thecarrier to our current office location.To Whom It May Concern:We initially received a support...

ticket (ID: [redacted]) from the customer requesting we cancel herorder. Unfortunately the request was received after the order had since shipped and a trackinglink was provided to the customer.The customer claims the link is invalid, however the link was valid, it just didn't have anytracking info populated yet because [redacted] had not yet scanned the order in their possession. Anew link will not typically have information immediately after an order is shipped.This can be verified by viewing the link that was originally sent to the customer below, to seewhat is now populated tracking information:https://[redacted]You can also simply type in the ID: [redacted] into a search engine, and select [redacted]under results.The customer t hen followed up by returning her order in a new ticket (ID: [redacted]), and once theagent was able to confirm the order had been received to the warehouse, a refund was issuedMay 18, 2015 at 01:30 PM (PDT). The customer then rated the ticket positively, which can beseen in the attachment, indicating that a resolution had been met.
