Review: In approximately 2011, I hired bull frog to repair a leak in my roof. My home was built in 2004 and the construction company that build my home no longer has a working tel #/contacts. I called bullfrog to assess a leak in my roof. that was damaging my kitchen. The workman crew and [redacted] (no longer working at this company) suggested that I needed a brand new roof to stop the water leaks which at the time, were only occurring in my kitchen. Since Bullfrog built my new roof, I have been experiencing constant leaks not just in the kitchen, but in the bedroom closets, entrance doors, windows frames and living room. I have been calling bullfrog constantly to repair the roof and seems the leaks are getting worse. On 3/*/14*, [redacted] one of their [redacted] came with a helper to assess the problem. He said he would call me the next day to discuss further repairs. I text [redacted] about repairing the water damage to my walls, ceilings and paint and to date I have not received a response. I was charged $5,000 for the new roof with a lifetime warranty. I'm reaching out to Revdex.com to help me get roof leaks fixed once and for all. I've written to Revdex.com in the past about the same problem that remains unresolved. Please assist. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want my roof to be resealed and fully repaired. I want repairs completed to walls, ceilings, windows frames and paint due to water damage from the roof.

Review: I entered into a contract that I put a budget to do a diagnostic testing of my electricity outlets, circuits breakers and electricity, had a problem with all the electricity being connected from the outside porch light with the lights of the entire 2nd floor, a main concerna electrician came twice between november 2012 and jan 2013, the lights kept going off when the rain or snow was was outside, the second issue was repairing batch job on my stairwell and it needed to be done over from sanding and putting coats staining. The next thing was to be done a gut job of the first floor and putting new entry and storm door and all new doors for 1st floor apartment and painting the hallways and walls which I selected paint color type of paint and to having everything finish with semi gloss paint. This was agreed upon with the punch list with one owner of the company coming to my house to confirm. The electric was never fixed because there had been no diagnostic test done on circuit breakers, outlets etc.this was back in june **,2013 and this was after a completed job of march **,2013 my entry security door and entry door is about to fall off and was not hung correctly is still hanging on because it is not secured with all the new wood framing they did not change the old wood. The basement stairs was supposed to be done with ripping all the old carpeting cleaning the meter room with insulation and secured with wood, that the remaining wood paneling removed and sheet rock and painted walls,I have over 35 text messages assuring me that the electricity problem would be solved and the doors would be fixed and that the paint job of house would be done in semi gloss paint. The staircase would be done properly including re staining of staircase and re do the bannister in basement that was put on the left side instead of the right sideDesired Settlement: I had to retain a electrician and my whole house need re wired and outlets and upgraded panel boxI would only except monetary settlement paid back to me like I paid them in 3 installments

Review: Bullfrog was hired to to completely repair our Sandy damaged home. We were told in person and in writing by the owner, [redacted], that they only used subcontractors for [redacted] and iron work. They have and use inhouse tradesmaen and foremen. Our home was left in disrepair by Bullfrog and a lien was placed on the home by an unlicensed subcontractor apparently hired by Bullfrog. We have come to realize that virtually the entire job was subcontracted and performed by unskilled and unsupervised laborors using material inferior to that stated in the contract. On 9/** company sent [redacted] to assess and finsh job. He found defective shower, damaged cabinets and island, pine (contract stated oak) poorly built stairs, missing siding, uncapped windows, missing and broken tile. [redacted] worked approx. 5 days. On Sept ** Bullfrog walked off the job prior to completion without explanation and refuses to return phone calls, texts, and emails. Much of the work is now being completed and repaired by outside contractors that we've hired. We have made repeated requests for a detailed invoice of work performed by Bullfrog and their subcontractors but the requests have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Due to their unprofessional and unreliable service I could not allow Bullfrog to work on my home. I therefore would request reimbursement for repairs and completion of the project as stated in our contract and performed by licensed and dependable workers.
