Mr JD [redacted] , First of all, if the concern is how customers and people review your company or the employees who represent them, or how a slander review is on Google, Yelp, Revdex.com etc along with straight bashing online (in your words)Then you as a owner and your employees should focus on the how work is performed and how your employees earn that businessI honestly and truly stated my review on my experience and interaction with your front line employee and wasn't looking for any freebies or dealsI did not receive $dollars worth of service especially when your Technician (Tanner) did not have a chain and cable in stock and after consulting and talking with some one at the office inform me that, your company doesn't just replace the chain because it's a old systemThe options were go with home warranty and pay $or pay your company $to do a full garage door systemCommon sense told me that I should see the options with home warrantyYes, your technician specified wear and tear on the cable and tightened the bolts on spring which attaches to the broken chain, which wasn't needed and required because once the new chain will be installed, the spring will require completely retightening and be retorqued(Which I didn't know or was aware of till I witnessed the home warranty approved company technician do and perform)So as far as being in the industry for years and looking out for best interest of customer statement, I doubt that and I highly question it and doubt itI could have sprayed a lubricant on the spring and tightened a few bolts with a high speed drill to show some work was done and not to forget slap a service was done on date sticker on the garage too and asked for a few dollars but not $dollarsI was not upset because there was no need to be and it wouldn't have accomplished anythingI was disappointed how your employee was looking to earn quick money based on how far he had to drive and the excuse was we don't have a east valley office.I don't know how easy its for you to earn $dollars (actually I do know now) but it takes a honest time and effort for me to earn that and it's not by running a shady business with a shady employee or employees. If you think my review affects your business and it's practice then next time your Technician or Technicians is on a call, they can think about my review and earn people's trust and business.I will not take my reviews down because it was based on my experience and stated facts, I will definitely go out of my way to inform others of my experience especially when someone needs a garage issue resolvedYou can keep my hard earned money because being in business requires quite a ordeal and I don't want to rob a small business in my community of its money (even though you don't have a local office in my side of town), even though it was earned unprofessionally and with intent of making quick money through shady business practice whether you like it or not.I did not call your company at all because it's not a debate or argument I was looking to win or resolveIf I would have done all the the things your technician did and you were the customer, I bet you $dollars that you wouldn't be happy to pay me the same amount, especially when your trained employee had to call and consult with you and get directions on how and what to do in order for it to look like something was done. Thanks for your time and effort on responding to my review and Happy, Merry Everything

We were called out to repair your garage door opener not to diagnose your problem for free give an estimateWe do not give free estimates on repairs, we only give free estimates on new door installs because we have to pull measurementsif you would have told us you were just looking for free
service and you we're going to ultimately go through your home warranty then we would have told you we do not offer thatI personally answered the phone that day and you never told me you were looking for free workWe provided a service on your door and diagnosed the problem, there is a fee for thatWe gave you the options to repair you opener and replace your cables on the spotYou chose not to have the repair doneWe offered the complete replacement of your opener because it would have saved you money in the long runThrowing money at an older system was an option but we recommend a better option for you saving you money because other parts would start breaking causing you to pay more than a new openerPlus the repair would have cost you almost as much as a new openerWe're sorry you feel that way and are disappointed but you can't assume a company won't charge for providing service

Mr*** I am sorry that you are so upset with your experience with our companyWe do care about our customers and we do care about your experience with usI am going to give you a FULL REFUND on your work since you are unhappy with paying for our diagnosis We ultimately want you to be happy and not feel like you were done wrong in anywayLike I explained before when we send a truck to a customers house to diagnose or repair we do charge for that just like other companies doApparently, we are never going to see eye to eye on this

Mr J. D[redacted], First of all, if the concern is how customers and people review your company or the employees who represent them, or how a slander review is on Google, Yelp, Revdex.com etc along with straight bashing online (in your words). Then you as a owner and your employees should focus on the how work is performed and how your employees earn that business. I honestly and truly stated my review on my experience and interaction with your front line employee and wasn't looking for any freebies or deals. I did not receive $111.73 dollars worth of service especially when your Technician (Tanner) did not have a chain and cable in stock and after consulting and talking with some one at the office inform me that, your company doesn't just replace the chain because it's a old system. The options were go with home warranty and pay $60 or pay your company $300 to do a full garage door system. Common sense told me that I should see the options with home warranty. Yes, your technician specified wear and tear on the cable and tightened the bolts on spring which attaches to the broken chain, which wasn't needed and required because once the new chain will be installed, the spring will require completely retightening and be retorqued. (Which I didn't know or was aware of till I witnessed the home warranty approved company technician do and perform). So as far as being in the industry for 25 years and looking out for best interest of customer statement, I doubt that and I highly question it and doubt it. I could have sprayed a lubricant on the spring and tightened a few bolts with a high speed drill to show some work was done and not to forget slap a service was done on date sticker on the garage too and asked for a few dollars but not $111..73 dollars. I was not upset because there was no need to be and it wouldn't have accomplished anything. I was disappointed how your employee was looking to earn quick money based on how far he had to drive and the excuse was we don't have a east valley office.I don't know how easy its for you to earn $111.73 dollars (actually I do know now) but it takes a honest time and effort for me to earn that and it's not by running a shady business with a shady employee or employees. If you think my review affects your business and it's practice then next time your Technician or Technicians is on a call, they can think about my review and earn people's trust and business.I will not take my reviews down because it was based on my experience and stated facts, I will definitely go out of my way to inform others of my experience especially when someone needs a garage issue resolved. You can keep my hard earned money because being in business requires quite a ordeal and I don't want to rob a small business in my community of its money (even though you don't have a local office in my side of town), even though it was earned unprofessionally and with intent of making quick money through shady business practice whether you like it or not.I did not call your company at all because it's not a debate or argument I was looking to win or resolve. If I would have done all the the things your technician did and you were the customer, I bet you $111.73 dollars that you wouldn't be happy to pay me the same amount, especially when your trained employee had to call and consult with you and get directions on how and what to do in order for it to look like something was done. Thanks for your time and effort on responding to my review and Happy, Merry Everything.

Bullfrog's Garage Door is recommended by me. KNOWLEDGE and EXPERTISE on the phone and tech visit was a positive experience. We feel safe with our new garage door opener and springs. Thank you.

We had issues with our garage door not opening and closing properly. I called Bullfrog Garage Doors because I've been using them for several years, I trust them and I recommend their service. They came out on time, replaced the spring and the circuit board in the garage door opener. Jeremy worked patiently to make sure it all worked properly before leaving. I can recommend this company, because they do great work, have fair prices, are on time and their service is friendly, efficient and helpful.. I would not call anyone else for any garage door issues.

Great company, I would not hesitate to call for garage door service. I had them come out to service my door opener. They rebuilt it quickly and at a fair price.

Fast response, fast installation, very pleasant to deal with, very reasonable pricing.

I recommend Bullfrog Garage Door Company !!!!!

Jeremy is as professional as it comes. Excellent service, on time, very considerate and very reasonable.

I would recommend Jeremy and Bullfrog Garage Doors as the only company to call for any garage door needs.

We called Bullfrog's Garage Door Company this morning to have the
rubber stripping on the bottom replaced. [redacted] arrived right on time, worked
hard and also adjusted and oiled the door for us (included in the price).
It was an excellent job and he is very personable and accommodating, too
