Review: For two years Bullfrog sent employees to repair our tub who were not properly trained. They left the tub leaking for two years, refused to come out and fix leaks, and fried the hot tub's circuit board from water damage. In October of 2014 a Bullfrog technician verbally acknowledged that Bullfrog had left the tub in horrible shape and that it was nothing to do with anything we had done. He took pictures of the damage to show his supervisor and said they would discuss giving us a break on a new circuit board. Nobody ever called us and so we contacted the owner of the franchise. He said his employee told us the damage was our fault and that he had nothing to do with it and hung up the phone. No repairs were completed and we were charged for a service call so we paid for the guy to hang up on us and do nothing. He never even called us to tell us he wouldn't work with us.Desired Settlement: We wish to be refunded the price of the most recent service call as no services were completed and we were never even contacted by Bullfrog after we paid them.
