Review: First of all the mechanic was not familiar with my steering system on my boat. The boat has power assisted steering which requires the motor to be started. When I told the mechanic he started yelling at me. I asked him to lower his voice and he said "no." When I paid for the service rendered, I presented a 15% off coupon for the boat service. The clerk said he could not accept the coupon and told me, "[redacted] said, collect the whole amount or don't give him his boat." THE COUPON CLEARLY STATES 15% off. No other prerequisite on coupon.
