In response to the above-referenced complaint, I’m sorry the student wasn’t satisfied with her experience and we did in fact issue a refund in accordance with our written enrollment policyWe do offer an extremely flexible schedule which allows students to take up to a year to complete the course
Student select dates that suit their schedule, subject to availabilityWe have been successfully graduating students from this location for nearly five years using this program
Please be advised this student was made aware prior to enrollment both verbally and by email that seating is limited and reservations are filled on a first come, first serve basis:
> "Note that enrolled students must request a seat in scheduled classes by email and receive confirmation, as seating is limited.”
She was also reminded verbally and by email on July to request her reservations in a timely manner to avoid this exact issue:
> "Please take a look at the schedule and let me know what dates you’d like for the rest of the month before they fill upWe are getting busier with new sign ups and I take the requests as they come inAlso, new schedule for August should be up today or tomorrow."
Unfortunately, by waiting a full two weeks (July 28), the classes did fill up with other students who were more timely in their requests
We have limited seating based on the physical space, equipment, and technologyThis fact is disclosed to every student before they sign up, and I make an effort to remind everyone to avoid this exact issueI’m sorry it didn’t work out for this student and we did issue a issue
