 Poor business practice. Co should give 1-2 days when customer may cancel item. Item never was delivered to me, or even taken off the truck. Co. should have taken this into consideration. Extreme penalties drive business away. This was an unfair burden on me.   [redacted]

Please add your rejection comments below. I beg to disagree with Bullhorn, I am not seeking a "windfall" as their representative put it.  I am merely defending my rights.  I still contend that Bullhorn is a company run amok with loose financial controls. At this point, I have no choice but to pursue satisfaction using other means.  I gave them a chance to step up and do the right thing.  I hope the Revdex.com chooses to post my complaint on its website to warn all small businesses of the problems in dealing with Bullhorn.  I will certainly voice my opinion on every review board available, as is my right because my experience has been anything but good. Hello -This complaint has now been resolved.   The customer has a zero balance due to Bullhorn and no action will be taken moving forward on Bullhorn's end to collect on services. -- [redacted]| Sr. Director of Contracts and Renewals*  [redacted]

Customer wanted to cancel because insurance company came through with one for her. It had already shipped. Shipping fees were paid. The manufacturer does charge shipping and restocking. If the item is returned we do not get the shipping back we never charged for so we do take it off. If we didn't...

for every item cancelled we would be out money and then out of business.

I am reaching out in response to Complaint #[redacted] that was received at Bullhorn.    Customer has been let out of the contract per his request.   Unfortunately, there was an oversight in the automated system.   All billings and charges have since been stopped.

Customer was provided a refund.    Collection efforts were made in error and corrected.   Customer seeks windfall to which he is not entitled.

I reject Bullhorn's assertion that my complaint is invalid.  I was the one hounded by a collection agent for several weeks.  This agent tied my phone line when I could have been conducting the business of my company.  If I need to, I can submit an invoice for the time I spent in resolving the matter with [redacted].   It is a sad commentary about Bullhorn that in speaking with the collection agent I learned I was not the first the first Bullhorn customer to be erroneously placed in collections.  This shows a total lack of internal controls at Bullhorn if they cannot keep better financial records than this.  Since they are not taking my claim seriously, I will be escalating this to all state and federal authorities that can address the lack of internal controls at Bullhorn.  I will not be bullied down just because Bullhorn is a larger company.
