Customer wanted to cancel because insurance company came through with one for herIt had already shippedShipping fees were paidThe manufacturer does charge shipping and restockingIf the item is returned we do not get the shipping back we never charged for so we do take it offIf we didn't for every item cancelled we would be out money and then out of business
