I did receive partial shipment the day after I filed the complaint I have not had any communication from Bullion Direct as to when the balance of the order will be shipped

A partial shipment of all but one coin was sent on 4/22/2015, UPS ***. The remaining coin will be shipped separately, as soon as possible

A partial shipment of the 10 GCAB was sent on 2015-03-02, [redacted].

On 12/16/2014, the customer placed an order, including an item marked as DELAYED on our website:"Delayed Delivery 1 oz. Silver Maples. We are estimating 2-4 weeks for delivery. Pending Royal Canadian Mint action."There is also a notice on every page of our website, warning of general fulfillment...

I am rejecting this response because:This company likes to rewrite history to its advantage.While the basic information in their response was correct, it was missing some data and adding additional information.In both order situations, I had waited almost 1 month before making an inquiry as to shipment date.  This company had been "paid in full" for 1 month prior to shipping product. The company prides itself on shipping a few days after the clearance date - noting minor delays due to vendor delays or when they moved locations; this order was for a catalog that should not have been subject to vendor delays and their move, I think, took place a month before I placed my order.In the current order situation, I did not mention challenging the charge.  All I had asked for was an more definite ship date, and for an item that was not delayed when the order was placed I had waited more than 15 days beyond the clearance date and still no shipment.  This order was cancelled - at their whim NOT at my request or concurrence.The prior order, had two types of items: one identified as delayed at time of order the other not.  After 1 calendar month had passed without shipment, I wanted some assurance that I was to receive my items.  The company's only offer was to "cancel" or wait.   I requested that they ship the "non delayed" items or I would accept their offer to cancel - at no time did I demand that they pay any extra shipping.  It is interesting to note that when placing the order I accepted their offer of split shipments.... I guess this offer is only valid when in their best interests, not the customer's.Both orders have cost me in time and additional expense due to increased valuation of the items ordered.  Happily, I have had good luck with other vendors in obtaining both sets of items from the 1st order and within a short time period .... within their advertised time frame.As I noted in the prior email, this was change #2 for Bullion Direct.  They will not get a third.I can also provide the email chain from the earlier order if you would like it.
