Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They never called that number which is my cell phone number and never left a message The second the emailed me and said they were cancelling the order, I contacted them They claimed at that time that they were unable to verify my address However, my address provided was valid and no one tried to verify it Then they claimed they called me at a different number, but all my incoming calls are logged and recorded at that number Now they claim to have called my cell phone number, but there was never any missed call from them or any message left I beleive the only reason the order was cancelled is that the price of silver went up and they wanted to make more profit by selling at a higher price This appears to be a pattern as others have also noted the same situation There was no reason for them to wait nearly weeks from the time of payment to even begin the process of shipping rather than to take my money for an interest free loan and then allow them to use it as a hedge against the price of silver If the price goes down, they sell it to me at the agreed price If the price goes up, the got the use of my money and then cancel the order and sell it for a higher price This is a sham business and the refusal to provide the product at the price agreed is at a minimum a breach of contract and at worst part of a concerted plan to defraud the public In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the business is not telling the truth , they have blocked my account on *** and refused to sell me anymore Plus the prepaid label has expired and I cannot use it now It was only good for days I was treated very bad and the lady that I talked to on the phone was very rude to me .
If I try to buy anything from bullion exchange a message will pop up stating that I am not allowed to buy from them .so I need a new prepaid label and assurance that I will get all my money back and then I will mail the item back to them plus when I try to leave a feedback about my bad experience with bullion exchange they delete that feedback

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They never called that number which is my cell phone number and never left a message.  The second the emailed me and said they were cancelling the order, I contacted them.  They claimed at that time that they were unable to verify my address.  However, my address provided was valid and no one tried to verify it.  Then they claimed they called me at a different number, but all my incoming calls are logged and recorded at that number.  Now they claim to have called my cell phone number, but there was never any missed call from them or any message left.  I beleive the only reason the order was cancelled is that the price of silver went up and they wanted to make more profit by selling at a higher price.  This appears to be a pattern as others have also noted the same situation.  There was no reason for them to wait nearly 2 weeks from the time of payment to even begin the process of shipping rather than to take my money for an interest free loan and then allow them to use it as a hedge against the price of silver.  If the price goes down, they sell it to me at the agreed price.  If the price goes up, the got the use of my money and then cancel the order and sell it for a higher price.  This is a sham business and the refusal to provide the product at the price agreed is at a minimum a breach of contract and at worst part of a concerted plan to defraud the public.

After we had sent [redacted] a message informing him of his cancelled order, we then received our first response from him. Screenshots of the eBay Messages are shown below. We apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused you, and we will look into the issues raised by you to make sure that these do not repeat in the future. The return shipping label for your 100 oz Johnson Matthey (JM) Silver Bar was generated on August **, 2016, and sent via [redacted]'s return center. Once a return shipping label has been generated, the buyer has five business days to return the item, otherwise [redacted] automatically disables the access to printing the label. Unfortunately, the label expired on August **, 2016, since it was never claimed on time, and therefore cannot be reinstated. As a result, we've gone ahead and emailed a new return shipping label to your [redacted] registered email address via [redacted]'s messaging center. This label was generated by our own system and will not expire. You will be fully refunded upon the receipt of the return shipment at our facility. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. We look forward to resolving this matter with this last action, however in the interim please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance accessing your return shipping label or have any questions. (Attached is a screenshot of the message sent via [redacted]'s messaging center).

We apologize for not meeting your expectations with respect to your most recent shopping experience with us, and we look forward to the opportunity to correct and turn around your experience. Unfortunately, after careful review of the incident, it appears that the matter was not addressed in a...

satisfying manner, and as such we apologize and welcome the return of the item to us for a full refund. We have already sent you the pre-paid return shipping label and instructions via the return center. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have addressed the issues you have noted in an attempt to correct and improve upon the customer service provided to you. Rest assured, a full refund of your purchase will be credited to your [redacted] account immediately upon receipt of the return shipment. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back as a Bullion Exchanges customer, and again, we thank you for your business.

Order the item and Held at one place for 10 days and when called, the Manager in Claim department said its not his fault if the item not delivered to you. Worst Customer Service and answer I ever heard. They are Fraud and Cheat. Open a dispute with Credit Card Company and have my money Back. Item not yet received... Never Buy from them..
