***Meaningless 'customer service' [redacted] On 7/28/2016, I attempted to place a $1,000+ online order with this organization I was disappointed and surprised to learn that, unlike virtually EVERY other bullion dealer, they didn't take credit cards (even with a surcharge...) for payment, but since they DID accept Interac, I thought all would be well The next 'roadblock' was that they don't deal with EITHER [redacted] OR [redacted] Financial - two of Canada's largest banks Eesh! O-kay, let's try using ** Nope, that was no good either; their interface wouldn't even allow me to enter more than 13/digits of my 'access card', much less permit a 'log in' to complete payment Wow! By way of a complaint, I wrote a polite, but somewhat sarcastic, e-mail to them that very night I received a response the following evening (7/29) in which they i) mis-spelled my seven-letter given name, ii) failed to provide a contact name and iii) requested a 'phone number, along with a convenient calling-time, so that we might discuss my difficulties Fine I replied the next day (7/30) with the requested information and expressed a sincere desire to resolve a mildly-unpleasant situation, so that I might be able to deal with their company in future Well, here I sit on 8/6, still waiting to hear from these people In conclusion, this unfortunate expeience, along with a pre-existing lack-of-confidence caused by the fact that this business has only been accredited by the BBBfor two (!) short months, has served to GUARANTEE that I WILL NOT deal with them again!
I purchased bullion from BP and the experience has been positive from start to finishEven when the courier went a bit off the rails (not BP's fault), customer service went out of their way to create a positive experienceBest price, great serviceI will definitely use them again, they are my go to bullion supplierRecommended
