I have only purchased physical gold from Bullion Trading LLC, so I am not sure what it might be like to try to sell it back to them, but I've never had any issues at all. They've always been fair and have given me options when my favored size & brand of bar wasn't available.
I always paid with cash, and never felt uneasy at any time. In fact, Isaac was usually willing to discuss anything with me personally in case I had questions or any concern. I no longer live in the NYC area, but if I did, I'd be a regular customer.
Review: This company is extremely unprofessional. After communicating via email asking very specific questions on cost I'd pay for silver bullions, indicating that I would be paying in cash, I was advised to come in to make a purchase based on all that was agreed by email. After travelling a long distance to this place of business, All that was discussed prior to arriving was not honored by Issac the owner; After acknowledging by email that I would be paying in cash, he refused cash and told me it was not accepted, the agreed price by email had changed and the information provided regarding their prices were false. Above and beyond, he was extremely rude and dismissive
