The trailer which they used was dirty and had a greasy base on which the old mattress was placed with no covering. No manufacturer will accept a mattress in this dirty condition. We have photos of the delivery of this mattress. I refused to accept old mattress and would not provide the new mattress since I would not be able to claim under manufacturer's warranty.
