Bullock Hotel

On August 11th we arrived in Deadwood. We were ready to spend 6 nights at the Bulluck Hotel. We were told that the elevator was out of order and they did not know when it will be fixed. I asked if there was anyone available to help us with our luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor. No, there was no one available. All we got was a "sorry." I asked to speak to the manager and the same person tried calling her but she was not answering her phone.
We made it to our room and the advertised WiFi was not available on the 3rd floor. They called the IT people and they told us to go outside on the street - connect to the WiFi and we should have it in our room. It didn't work.
Since Bullock hotel had my credit card the next morning we talked to the manager who came into work. It was all arranged that we would pay for the one night we stayed and I would get a refund in the remaining amount. It has been over a week and I have not seen the refund. The manager lied to me because she stated she is not going to refunds the funds she promised to refund.
The Bullock Hotel, under the management of the current manager, should be avoided at all costs. We went down to the *** and had a wonderful time. Stay away from the Bullock.
