We were unable to find the contract with Bulock roofing so I guess they won unless they would be willing to send you a copy then you would be able to tell if they are telling the truthI know there was two pages and we would be able to get a copy of the cancelled check

It seems to us that this matter has been resolved, but we are more than willing to supply the contract as well as all paperwork of payment that was given to us at the time of the job in 2009.

At the present time me and my wife are ill and unable to get to our records and as I remember the bid they gave us and we agreed to and paid in full for the repair was in the bid, so in my opinion they are either lying or not very good when it comes to paper work. As soon as we are able we will get our copy of the bid and send a copy to you. We repaired the roof for the [redacted] at [redacted] through an Insurance claim on 10-05-09. On our contract it states that our warranty is for 5 years and any thing after that time frame Bullock Roofing is no longer responsible for any damage. On the contract we repaired the roof and...

reflashed the chimney, but there was no payment or addition of rebuilding brick or chimney crown. ( We can supply the original contract if needed and all photos that we took at the time of appointment) While we came out this month our estimator and service manager witnessed evidence of animal damage and urine on roof. We also took pictures of that. It has been more than 5 years since we have done any work, which the only work that was paid for through Insurance was a roof replacement. It has been 8 years since installation of roof so we are no longer responsible. We never were paid anything additional for chimney work.

4/26=Business called to say he has been in communication with customer and has agreed to refund the amount. This is conditional on customer signing a waiver of liability. Customer signed and returned that yesterday. Business has written check and it will be mailed tomorrow.
