We repaired the roof for the [redacted] at [redacted] through an Insurance claim on 10-05-On our contract it states that our warranty is for years and any thing after that time frame Bullock Roofing is no longer responsible for any damageOn the contract we repaired the roof and reflashed the chimney, but there was no payment or addition of rebuilding brick or chimney crown( We can supply the original contract if needed and all photos that we took at the time of appointment) While we came out this month our estimator and service manager witnessed evidence of animal damage and urine on roofWe also took pictures of thatIt has been more than years since we have done any work, which the only work that was paid for through Insurance was a roof replacementIt has been years since installation of roof so we are no longer responsibleWe never were paid anything additional for chimney work
4/26=Business called to say he has been in communication with customer and has agreed to refund the amountThis is conditional on customer signing a waiver of liabilityCustomer signed and returned that yesterdayBusiness has written check and it will be mailed tomorrow
It seems to us that this matter has been resolved, but we are more than willing to supply the contract as well as all paperwork of payment that was given to us at the time of the job in
