If Bullock Toyota had been the only Service Department that had worked on and serviced her vehicle we would be more than willing to assist in her repairs; however, it has been YEARS SINCE THE INCIDENT She has had several different technicians look at and work on her vehicleIf this issue
had been addressed months after or even a year after we would be more willing to assist with repairs IF our technicians diagnosed the issue, but three years?? We went over and above on the repairs when the the dog was hitWe fixed everything and gave her a vehicle to drive while her vehicle was being repairedThe incident was an accident and totally out of our control just like if a tornado popped up while delivering her vehicle back to her would be out of our controlIt is simply being unreasonable to expect Bullock Toyota to pay more money on what her dealership is telling her YEARS AFTER THE INCIDENTSo does this mean that everything that happens to her vehicle that is somewhat associated with the front of her vehicle going to be because a service man delivering her car back to her and hitting a dog that she will expect Bullock Toyota to pay for? I guess that's what we get when we picked up and delivered her car for free, that she didn't even purchase from Bullock Toyota or serviced with us even one time after the accidentWe are not responsible for her light issue and will not assist in the repair
