The company of [redacted] Bullock was hired to repair a roof damaged during a hail storm. During one day of repair the crew left the job site site for the day leaving 1/2 half of the roof exposed. As a result rain entered the interior of the home damaging the ceiling further while also damaging the furniture, personal property, floors, and carpets of the residence. As a result of Bullocks's negligence thousands of dollars in additional damage now needs to be addressed. The damaged ceiling tile, furniture, and standing water were left in the home and now currently there is black mold and foul spells creating a health hazard for the residents of the home. This damage is the direct result of Mr. Bullocks company not covering the roof at the end of day resulting in rain entering the home through the incomplete and uncovered roof.Desired SettlementAll personal property damaged by Bullock's negligence needs to be replaced. Contracted repair work needs to be completed. All water and mold damage needs to be completed and/or repaired at no additional costs to the consumer.
