Oddly enough, after lodging complaint with you and with my bank - the company did send me the product I had originally orderedHowever - at this this time, I have not been contacted by Bullrun Flag and Embroidery regarding complaint ID [redacted] I think they only mailed the materials based on the complaint to you Regards, [redacted]

I have FINALLY received the products I paid forChange the complaint status as closedI'm not happy with Bullrun EmbroideryTheir customer service & communication is poor to nonexistentThe product IS high qulity and that would be the saving graceI don't know if I will order for these people againIt has not been a plesent experiance [redacted]

I have finally received a response from Bull run Embroidery They said they have mailed out my package and recharged my credit cardI did originally contact my credit card company about th his matter and they refunded me back in October/NovemberI do hope this ends the matter and I get my labels.Thank you all for your help.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Never bothered to ship my order. I got a confirmation email notice that it was placed, then another that I should expect shipment in about 7-10 business days shortly thereafter. After weeks of no item, I called the number and the gentleman said it would be shipped out "next week." Well, that came and went and STILL no item. Multiple emails went mostly unanswered, and there is no way to cancel the order. So, I submitted a fraud ticket with my bank. Finally got an answer to an email about 4 days later saying it was shipped and should arrive in 2-3 days. And of course, it did not. After 80 days I no item and just an inbox full of lies.

Regarding complaint ID *** - on May 21st they contacted me (in response to multiple emails) to inform me that my order is 'backordered' and will ship when it comes in stock.Since they had previously sent me a 'shipment notification' with a *** tracking number on April
21st (that the *** got the notification, but not the package) I'm not sure if they previously lied about the shipment, or if got lost, and they don't have any other stock.I responded to their email and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money (on May 21st)I have not heard back from them since

Been waiting a month for my order. Ordered the 3rd of December. Now the 2nd of January.
