Bullseye Painting

On September 7th 2016, Ruben D [redacted] the Owner of Bullseye Painting Company called and spoke to Mr***, he told him that the Patch in question was not included in the original estimate we provided to him however, we did agree to send one of our drywall technicians to fix the patch due t the misunderstanding, Mr [redacted] then stated he would call Ruben back to discuss this further and as of Friday September 9th have not heard back from Mr***, I have attached a copy of the original estimate provided to Mr***, he agreed to the scope of work and price, there is no Patch work included, the patch in question was there prior to Bullseye Painting Company servicing the homeBullseye Painting is being more than generous in returning to do additional work for free due to this misunderstanding and would appreciate this Complaint to be closedBetty D [redacted]

I have tried to no avail to reach Bullseye.  At no time have they tried to reach me.  This is why the Revdex.com exists, to lodge complaints and to make the public aware.

To Whom this may concern, It is unfortunate to hear that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with our services however, Betty did speak to Mr. [redacted] about the drywall patch in question and was unsure about the issue therefore, once we figured out why the patch looked so poorly we did reach out to Mr. [redacted]...

and left him a message stating that it was a pre existing patch and would gladly return to repair it at additional cost due additional labor and materials that were not included in the original estimate that was agreed on.
