RN Concrete Products LLC Made their first purchase of this product on          02/12/2014 and Paid in Full Made their second purchase of this product on    02/25/2014 and Paid in Full Made their third purchase of this product on         06/30/2014 and Paid in Full   Then after 9 months they contact our office (03/02/2015) and said they were unhappy? and wanted to return. Our return policy is on the bottom of  ALL INVOICES clearly stated. They where told again our company policy is :   Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee / Returns MUST be accompanied by a return authorization number, and received no LATER THEN 30 DAYS from invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.   Even though this was out 9 months as a courtesy, we did offer them an in-house credit, less 20% restocking and freight and handling to use within the next 3 months. They refused.   2nd- Phone call,  (04/21/2015) [redacted] was again explained our return policy and that they refused our in-house offer in March-2015.   We feel we have gone above and beyond to accommodate RN Concrete Products LLC, and that this complaint to the Revdex.com does not hold merit.   There fore we would request the complaint be removed from our good standing with the Revdex.com.   Thank you, [redacted]

Bullseye Products did in fact sell and ship [redacted]• Ltd of Millet Canada. Please see attached Fed Ex tracking information.
The customer has been contacted by Fed Ex to come to the facility to pick up and pay the duties and taxes due on their shipment.

have answered phone calls and told this information to the customer. They claim Bullseye Products was to pay these fees and this is not the case, no where on their order does it state that we are responsible for duties taxes or fees. Nor was it discussed in the conversation with the sales rep.
Since [redacted] Ltd has refused to pick up their timely delivered products it is not the fault of Bullseye Products
They can still go to the Fed Ex location at this time and pay the fees or refuse the shipment, none of which has been done.
Instead they have disputed their charges on their VISA credit card and wrote false statements to the Revdex.com.
Since the true issue here lies in the fact that [redacted] does not want to pay the taxes and duty fees due Canada, we are contacting Fed Ex to return this shipment and closing [redacted] Products account with prejudice.
Bullseye Products prides its company on timely shipments and customer satisfaction.

Review: We purchased a product from Bullseye Products LLC at ConExpo in Las Vegas on March 5/14. We have not received the product, and I have tried contacting the company numerous times to find out what is going on with the delivery. I have left MANY messages, and I have not received one call back from anyone. I have left messages with [redacted] and 3 other people in the office. They have had my money for over a month, and I do not have the product. VERY POOR customer service!! I can't speak about the product, because I have not had the chance to use it! With their lack of customer service, I would never buy their product again!Desired Settlement: I would just like my money back, and they can keep the product. With their lack of customer service, I would never buy their product again!

Review: Ordered product that did not perform. Was told they would pick up unused product and refund money, but now they say must be within 6 months and will only apply a credit. [redacted] had told the owner [redacted] of RN at the World Of Concrete that they would refund the money now they are saying different.Desired Settlement: Have product picked up and money refunded.
