BullsEye Telecom, Inc. Reviews (3)

At BullsEye Telecom, we encourage the continued diligence of all parties to ensure the proper adherence to contracted terms and conditions. We also respect the right of any of our customers to engage third party consultants to perform that diligence. However, it would be ill-advised for any one...

party to act on the information of another without performing their own internal review. Our effort in this area is not bounded by any calendar year; instead, it is bounded by the careful reconstruction and validation of the facts. In the second week of 2017, BullsEye Telecom completed its work to collect and analyze service data vis-à-vis the established contracts and associated Terms and Conditions, and compared our results to the details submitted in support of the $38K disputed in the Fall of 2016.On January 13, 2017, representatives from BullsEye’s finance team were able to have a conference call with ECA’s designated agent. At that time BullsEye shared its work detailing the validity of the claim for every service number in question. The results of BullsEye’s analysis, which were communicated both verbally and in copy to ECA’s agent, was that only approximately $15K of the claim was indeed valid. As of January 16, 2017, BullsEye considers this settlement resolved, pending any further response from the customer’s agent.

I have reached out to [redacted] by phone and asked for a copy of the [redacted] invoice detailing the charges so that I could review the complaint. I sent her an email and she said she would reply. Please keep this open pending [redacted]'s reply and BullsEye's response.

In reviewing the account for [redacted], we are showing that all charges are valid.   The customer's complaint states that BullsEye Telecom didn’t notify Verizon that the services were with us and that they experienced some issues with their monthly recurring payment (MRP). We...

are showing that the customer had payment issues at the beginning of their services, which started in 12/2014 under a 3-year term. Mr. [redacted] stated that they should have had MRP set up, but we were not receiving the payments. We confirmed the routing and account numbers and the issue was resolved. We are not showing any records of the customer calling in stating that they were being double-billed by us and Verizon or any records of billing discrepancies. The customer fell behind on some of their payments and made arrangements. There were never any complaints about inaccurate or overbilling.     The customer switched their services away from BullsEye prior to the expiration of their contract which is why they have been billed termination fees. The customer has a total balance owed of $3796.97 which includes termination fees of $3,774.00 and final service charges of $22.97. The account was referred to an outside collection agency in 12/2016 as we attempted to collect on the debt starting in 3/2016. We are showing all charges as being valid.   Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
