on the 19th of June to check status, he was informed on that call that we working on it and a fix would take a week or so to develop the solution (our team needs to acquire an identical vehicle to have on site at our facility to replicate the issue he is experiencing, then develop a solution from there)On June 30th, our engineering team developed a repair, and our service team contacted Mr*** and walked him through the fixAt that time, the issue was closed on our endWe are unaware of other open issues with this case and consider it closed. Please let me know if there are additional actions required on our end, or if you have any questions/comments
