Being ignored by Bully Max
I have been a long time buyer of their dog food. I have invested several thousand of dollars over the years. I always had issues with the reoccurring orders yet nevertheless always kept the extra bags of dog food. One of my dogs passed away 2019 and I ceased to order for some time. I since moved from my previous address and created a new account one year later. Somehow an unauthorized order placed itself with my old account and shipped to my old address. All paid for by me. Bully Max voided the transaction with UPS and has been ignoring my concerns. I feel they should pay to ship the order from my old address to my new address since an unauthorized payment by me paid for the product and shipping to an address I no longer reside at. I have called and supervisors are at meetings. I have emailed with screenshots about my concerns and the few responses I received ignored my concerns and tap danced on the subject. Very unprofessional and I will be seeking a new dog food brand to invest my money into.

The best product I ever ordered for my dog that actually works. I ordered the Hip & Joint

Supplements. And will continue to order. My dog was weak and with hip problems. Not anymore. The hip problems was gone like a miracle. Thank you so so much bully max.
