I have no complaints .... my dog loves the rubber toys that come in the boxes. She actually gets excited when she see the orange box and I have to open right away for her.
My dog has received three bullymake boxes so far. He absolutely loves opening the box himself to find the durable toys that keep him entertained for hours on end. We had one issue where he completely destryed a toy within 30 minutes of opening the box but the Bullymake employee that I spoke with was so professional and quick to get me a replacement toy.
We ordered a single box for our dog, indicating he is < 10lbs. Everything provided in the box is for larger dogs. Business was unwilling to resolve.
We ordered a box for our dog, selecting the option for small dogs less than 10lbs. The box was order by and sent to the attention of my partner, *** received on 4/8/18. We paid by credit card $38 for a single box. In the box we received 3 bags of treats, which are clearly identified on the manufacturers packing as for dogs 15lbs or larger. We also received two toys that are comically too large for our 10 lb chihuahua. *** attempted to contact customer service via the Bullymake website to seek replacement or resolution and was advised there was nothing they were willing to do - neither replacement or refund of the items we can't use.
Desired Outcome
We would like to have our payment of $38 refunded as none of the times sent conform to the size option selected in our order.

It is very doubtful our customer service team would deny such a request as we approve replacements with similar concerns all the time.
If you have evidence that supports the contrary proper action will be taken.

My dog liked the treat and loved the pawnade but chewed through it in a few min. Wasnt as interested in the pawpeller but he already had the other one anyway.
Decided to try it out because all the other toys he chews up right away and swallows the pieces. So far the toys we have gotten have been wonderful! His favorite has been the red K9 grenade. I've put treats in it and he has fun trying to get them out. I definitely would recommend this. Their treats are awesome as well!

Durable toys but need not send so many small treats check the age of dog they do grow sending more kibble not helpful
Our power chewer really loves her bullymake toys! The customer service is great!
Great experience. My pitbull lives for shredding every toy he can, but the nylon toys Bullymake sends have held up really well so far.

I love Bullymake. I'm sure my dogs loves them more tho. Their customer service is great. They will band over backwords tp jelp you anyway they can.
