I have been extremely pleased with Bullymake Box, both due to the quality of their dog toys and their level of customer service. I have a very high energy puppy who is a powerful chewer. She has a long history of destroying her toys! I tried Bullymake because I wanted to get her toys that would last. The toys provided by Bullymake have been of exceptional quality. The most important aspect, however, is their outstanding customer service. My puppy did manage to destroy one of the toys they sent. I love the concept behind a toy/treat monthly package for power chewers because so much money gets wasted on toys that don't last. It's also convenient and exciting for my dogs. The customer service from Bullymake is outstanding as well. One of the toys we got didn't last but they sent a replacement immediately. I highly recommend this company over barkbox.

Bullymake has been a wonderful company to purchase from. My 25 pound female was able to destroy EVERYTHING instantly as far as toys go. They sent us our box and when two toys were destroyed we had new ones in a matter of weeks. They have been very helpful when speaking to customer service. We will continue to order from them in the future.

My dog(pit bull) has enjoyed the treats.The chew toys didn't hold up so we'll, two needed to be replaced. Happy to say sent pictures of destroyed items , 2 more came as replacements, no questions.
