terrible customer service and no help.
just like many others have said, I was under the impression the 1 box option was a 1 time purchase. as someone I know referred these boxes to me and stated the same when I went to order one. I was very disappointed with the box and so was my dog. I was charged again this month and i’ve reached out many times to try and get refunded and my boxes cancelled. nobody i’ve been in contact with has been any help. I just want to be refunded and I don’t want the box. the toys were terrible quality. and my dog consumed pieces of rubber after chewing up their “durable” toys.

7th Jan 2021 I took up their amazing offer 1month for a great discount first time user $31 (see attached) I added credit card details the products arrived and I later found our some of there products are made in china so I cancelled a few days later as I didn't want the 1 month subscription to auto renew. 22nd Jan 2021 I asked they remove my credit card details from my account also. After many emails back and forth and the hard sales to try to keep me they agreed to cancel. a couple of weeks after I noticed they never removed my credit card details from their system. 6th Feb 2021I emailed again and was told it would be done now. 2/3/2021 Another box has arrived!. I look at my bank account and they had originally deducted $159.00AUD. (see attached) I log into my account and I cant ever see a receipt for payment or any sort of indication of what type of subscription they have signed me up to. My credit card details are still visible and not removed from my account. I am reporting a fraudulent activity with my bank account and will be lodging a claim with the Australia consumer affairs.

If I could rate this at a 0 I would. I made an order of 3 rubber dog toys and 3 different bags of treats. I did not receive a window to check the address either billing or shipping, approve the order or anything, just a notification from apply that an order went through. I immediately tried to get a hold of Bullymake and got a voice mail to leave a message and someone would call back. I then placed another order for 1 toy and did receive the order notification but once again either the previous address was cached somehow or what ever it wasn't the address I typed in. I called a number I found and left a voice message and noone called me back. I also sent an email to their customer support. They emailed me back a day later, we were able to verify that the orders had the incorrect addresses to which I was told that the address was changed on both orders. Later I received an email notification that the shipment was on the way, that notification had the correct address. what I didn't know was that it was for a single toy. I received that but the order of 3 toys and 3 treats never came. I kept checking the tracking and finally I was told that it was delivered to the INCORRECT address. I have been trying for a month to either get a refund for the $75 order or a replacement order sent to the correct address. I was told that I needed to have the shipping label of the one that I received a month ago so that I could PROVE that I didn't receive the 3 toys and 3 treat order. A picture of the toy that I did receive was not good enough. REALLY??? Eventually I was told that a replacement order would be shipped out. Today I received that order, it was not for the Large order (3 toys and 3 bags of treats ) but of the Single TOY I already RECEIVED. I took a picture this time of the label and the TWO identical toys that I now have. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I still have not TALKED to a person just emailed. I have requested several times that someone call me either the owner or the manager and nothing. SO very frustrating!!!!

Signed up for one year membership and cancelled the recurring cost 2 months into my subscription. I can no longer change the information on my dashboard to change which toys I'd like to be sent each month. Reached out to CS and asked why this was happening because prior to cancelling the recurring charge I was able to edit my toy choices. Emailed back that I could ask her to make the changes. I am not reaching out to their CS team every month for the next 10 months to make changes to my account if I want toys edited. It was not stated that if you cancel the charges well in advance of the subscription ending, you lose ability to edit your preferences.
If I am unable to make the changes to my account myself every month like I was able to do previously than I want a refund for my remaining months.
CS has yet to answer my questions as to why I cannot edit my account information.
Dogs also chew up the ballistic type toy each month so I want to edit those.

I was guaranteed a replacement box. I was told twice it was on the way. That was two months ago I never received it and it was paid for.
I purchased a bully box and received it April 21, 2020. When I called to let them know I was not satisfied with the purchase, I was given the option for a refund or a replacement box. I chose the replacement box. Today, Wednesday, June 3, 2020. I still haven't received my replacement box. I was in correspondence with two employees at BULLYMAKE and was told twice my box was on its way. That was May 22nd. Still don't have my BULLYMAKE box. I paid for it.

Desired Outcome

The company bully make, guaranteed their product, to customer satisfaction. I am not a satisfied customer, therefore they told me I would get a replacement box. I still have not received my replacement box and it's been over two months. I just want my items replaced.

I was charged for a bullymake and never ordered one. When I reached out to customer service they wanted me to screenshot my bank account impossible.
My account was charged on 5-24-20 for a bullymake and I never ordered it. As my name and email address didn't match anything in the system they wanted proof that I was charged. Asked for a screenshot of my checking account which my bank does not permit. This was not resolved after a 45 minute "conversation" with customer service. Im livid

Well dog destroyed toys so I reached out to customer service because they have a replacement guarentee. But they said send pic of toys, I did but kept telling me photos no in email several times, but I checked my sent box on yahoo. Pictures sent fine. And the box is almost $50. No worth it anymore. They dont want to replace anything.

I have canceled my subscription 3 times and continue to be shipped and billed a new package.

Desired Outcome

I would like for the company to contact me so I can confirm they know I no longer want their subscription and I no longer want to receive and be billed for the packages.

Continued to be billed after canceling subscription.
I ordered their monthly subscription box as a trial on 3/15. On 4/15, billed again and canceled account. On 5/15 received new bill. Contacted business immediately for cancellation and refund. Told they were waiting for response, but no indication that a response was necessary to respond to complete the cancellation. Now they expect me to pay for something because they can't "stop it from processing" before it leaves their warehouse. Attached is an image of the email that delayed my cancellation.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to make a simple "cancel" option on their website that does not require any other actions to complete the cancellation.

Received 1 month box on April 21, 2020. April 23, XXXX X toys destroyed. emailed and they created a replacement box. nothing yet... still waiting
Purchased 1 month box and received it April 21st. I cost $25.33 with the 1 month promotion they offered. Within 2 days my dogs had torn up two of the toys. I ordered a toy only box with 4 toys because of allergies. I e-mailed customer service the pictures of the toys on April 23rd and they agreed to replace the toys because it was within the 30 days and that the shipment was approved and on its way shortly. I was emailed on April 24th that my replacement shipment was on its way. I have been checking every few days and no updates. I am located in Adkins Texas and where it is being shipped from is in Richardson TX. My tracking information still shows as of today that on April 24th it is enroute to DHL ECommerce Distro Center at 2:26 p.m. If you click on the USPS link to track shipping it shows tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX USPS currently awaiting package. I e-mailed customer service on May 6th, to request a status. They told me my box had been delivered on April 21, 2020. I told them yes I received my box, but I was referring to the replacement box that was shipped on April 24, 2020. They sent me the same tracking number as before still showing that it was waiting for DHL. I asked why USPS was still awaiting my package per the tracking and they said that they were having a problem with one of their USPS offices and that the package would be shipping soon. Today is May 11, 2020, still no update on my replacement package. I have attached screen shots of track back and forth. I am requesting a refund of my money. I dont want to waste any more time waiting on toys that will clearly not arrive. Please refund my $25.33 since the replacement guarantee has yet to be shipped. I dont want any more lies about my package being stuck or awaiting shipment, please refund my money for the hassle of the toys being destroyed and my time wasted waiting on a replacement that has not come.

I would like a refund. They have no held up their end of the deal. They back that if the toys are destroyed within 14 days they will replace. Within 2 days toys were detroyed, I emailed pictures and was approved fro replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement. I has been nearly 3 weeks since I was told my box was on the way. I am tired of waiting and tired of being told that it is USPS's fault when the tracking still clearly shows that USPS is still waiting for the package.

I received a refund

Would give 0 stars if I could. Our lab and lab mix puppies destroyed these toys within minutes. I asked for replacements; that never happened. I decided to cancel in Feb. They charged us for March and April. I asked why when we had canceled, and they said it's because after we sent the cancellation request, we didn't respond to a marketing followup email. Well we didn't because we didn't want to and we assumed that the subscription was cancelled. Their FAQ says you only need to email them to cancel. They say that you need to respond to their marketing spam or they will not cancel. This is very deceptive business practice. Then they graciously said they would refund May's shipment. I said well you're not really refunding - you are choosing to not continue to charge for a subscription that was cancelled in February, and we are still stick with March and April against our wishes. This is really not ok. A customer should be able to cancel and send an email to cancel as requested and for that to be enough to actually cancel. They only actually cancelled because we had complained. Very unethical.

I have submitted now 3 requests to cancel my monthly membership. No one has answered me back via email, chat or messenger
I have requested my account membership be canceled. My next shipment and bank account withdrawal is on 5/2. I have given this company ample time to process my request to cancel. emailed over a week ago to cancel this membership with no answer back to me. I have submitted a request via Facebook messenger to this company to cancel my subscription. I have also submitted my cancelation request via their website chat. With no answer back. This business practic of ignoring cancellation requests is unacceptable. And I will make bad reviews everywhere I can while this is not sorted out.

Signed up for "1 month subscription" to try service. Was charged a 2nd month. When I asked to cancel, cus.service rep blocked me from the live chat!
This is a scan company using deceptive advertising. On their subscription page, they have choices of a "1 month", and then multiple months, and then a yearly subscription option. This is designed to make it look like the 1 month subscription is a "one time" subscription. I bought that option thinking that was the case and was not informed my card would continue to be charged. I was charged for a 2nd month today.

The other way they scam you is there is no way to cancel the subscription on the site. You have to email the business and ask them to. I did that, have no received a reply confirming my subscription has been cancelled. When I tried the "live chat" option with customer service online, I got upset and used a curse word because this company is scamming people. They then blocked me from the live chat function, and I am left with no way to cancel a scam company from making a $40 monthly charge to my debit card. How is this legal? All I want is to not be charged again for this horrible, deceptive scam company.

Slow shipping, bad product and horrible customer service.
Five days after I was notified that my box had shipped, I had to email customer service to find out why the tracking number still wasn't showing that it had shipped. I got excuse after excuse why it wasn't showing yet, but miraculously the very next day the tracking info finally showed that the shipper had received my item.

After receiving my box, my dogs weren't interested in the treats at all and showed no interest in the toys either so I emailed to cancel my subscription. It took several emails to get the customer service rep to finally cancel it.

A couple days later, one of my dogs finally showed interest in one of the toys, the one they call a ballistic toy. Within 3 days he had destroyed the toy. I have gotten better quality toys from Dollar tree! It was listed on my account that my dog is 70 pounds, but they send a toy that might only be indestructible to a 20 pound dog. I am not even sure why it has you list your dogs weight considering on their site when you look at past boxes, it shows only one set of toys, so they are sending the same ones out for all dogs.

I have chosen to go through here because after posting on their Facebook page about this (which couldn't even leave a review which is shady as all get out), they deleted my post instead of responding to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund. Their product isn't worth even $1.

I accept the refund because it was a wasted experience. The company really needs to take another look at how they advertise their products because they act like they have different things for different levels of chewers, yet the reality is that it is all the same products no matter the size of your chewer.

I specifically cancelled my subscription and was charged for another 3 months after cancellation.
I CANCELLED my subscription on March 22. I was asked why I was cancelling and I clearly explained that the toys were not safe for my pet as he had destroyed every single one within a day. I had already utilized their suggested "replacement guarantee", where they send you a second toy (of what you've already received/will receive in your next box - but that was also an unsafe, non-durable toy).
On April 5, I was charged another 3 months ($108). I again reached out and was told that since the first box was already sent out for shipping, I was responsible to pay for it and will have to wait until I reject the delivery/they receive again to receive my refund.
I had very explicitly explained why I cannot continue using their products and they charged me again regardless and are trying to make me pay due to their shifty tactics.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $108 refunded as I very clearly cancelled my subscription. A simple cancellation should not require a lengthy back and forth discussion with customer service.

Charged me for a subscription I cancelled on an expired debit card. Will not issue a full-refund for the illegal charge.
March 6th 2020 I cancelled my membership with Bullymake. The card on file was expiring as well so it made it a good time to just stop the subscription. When I woke up on April XX XXXX I had an email stating my package was on its way and an $81.00 charge that I did not authorize. Also, I never updated my card information on the site so how they charged me I do not know. I wanted to call and settle this, but they do not have a phone number, just email. The representative told me it was my fault that the account was never cancelled and that I had to accept the charges. Trying to get anything explained further they are just sending me to the FAQ page which has no information for me to figure out why my account wasn't cancelled, But most importantly, how they charged and expired card without me permission and they think that's ok!

I want my full refund: $81.00 I want my account cancelled.

I paid the 1 time price that was required to purchase a box. There was nowhere saying that they would keep billing me.
There was nowhere saying they would continue to bill me just for a 1 time purchase. I read everything in small writing. They took this money illegally, I want it back. They took 42.69 out of my account today March 16.

I am writing to say this company told me that would refund me and stop charging me yet they continue to charge my card monthly and have not refunded me
they told they would therefore have been very dishonest

Company sends incorrect items in subscription box and will not correct the error or fully replace items. 3 months in a row so far.
I restarted my Bullymake subscription in November. The first box was toys and treats, but the treats smelled stale and rancid and I was afraid to give them to my dog. I immediately changed my subscription to TOYS ONLY, because my dog loves their toys. I should receive 2 nylon, 1 ballistic, and 1 rope toy every month in my $31 subscription box. In December, and also in January, after updating my preferences, and now again this month, they have sent treats and toys. I have emailed and chatted support, but their reps seem to have trouble with basic reading and writing comprehension and they refuse to reship the full box, and only send 2 additional toys (this does not correct the full box at all) and they make me send photos as if I am lying to even do this. I still have not yet received a full correct box that I have paid for. They send 2 replacement toys, but I am not receiving the actual agreed to, paid for box. I just received my January box and they sent it to the right address (I just moved) but can't seem to send the correct items. I contacted chat and email support again, and they still do not want to make this right. I should not have to do this every month and still not get the correct items. I want THE FULL CORRECT BOX sent to me this time, IMMEDIATELY, and with tracking information. I do NOT want 2 replacement toys. I want the full 4 correct toys that I am paying for. Immediately. I will gladly send this box back to them. I want the correct boxes moving forward, without this hassle. They need to uphold their end of this. I also want the toys in the past 2 months that I paid for but did not receive, which are 2 ballistic toys. They have shorted me these toys in those previous boxes because they refused to send the correct items. So again, I want the FULL CORRECT BOX sent out to me for this month, TODAY, with tracking, as well as the 2 ballistic toys they have shorted me in the past 2 boxes. I want everything to be correct moving forward. If I receive one more incorrect box, I am going to file disputes with my bank, stop payment moving forward, and file further complaints. I hope it does not come to that. I hope that we can resolve this properly this time. it cannot possibly be that difficult to send the correct items. A little reading comprehension and attention to detail would go far here. Maybe hire people who can actually read, write, and perform their job properly.
Also, Vinnah in chat should be fired. I do NOT appreciate being made to send a photo of the incorrect box and treated like I am lying about receiving the wrong items when this is an ongoing issue for the past 3 months. I feel like that is a slap in the face and just adds insult to injury. I am highly offended and upset over that one. I do not appreciate being treated like I am lying when I am only trying to get the correct items that I have already paid for. It should not be this difficult. Do the right thing or I'm done.

Desired Outcome

I want the FULL, CORRECT box shipped out to me TODAY, as well as the 2 ballistic toys from the previous months that they have never sent and have shorted me because they refused to send the correct items. I want the correct items moving forward, and whatever mistakes are being made, to be immediately corrected to make sure this does not happen again. Because the next time I get the wrong items, I am going to cancel and file complaints and stop payments. I have had enough. My dog loves your toys, but there are other companies like Kong who would definitely not be so careless.
