Bullymake

I signed up for a 3 month subscription of boxes. My dogs were not that interested in the toys, but I paid for the 3 boxes that I agreed to. As soon as I received the 3rd box, I emailed their customer service and cancelled my subscription. They acknowledged my cancellation. The next month I received an email that another box had been shipped. I emailed them again and said do not sent a box, do not charge my card, or we will have problems.Of course they charged my card anyway. On Monday I am going to my bank to dispute this charge. I have proof to show the bank that I cancelled in July and they did not have permission to charge me again in August. This company are a bunch of sleeze bags. They also blocked me on Facebook, so I cant go on their FB page and warn people.

BUYER BEWARE! Loving my fury friends as most of us do, I thought what a great way to purchase quality chewing toys for my two goldens. Last month, I ordered a ONE MONTH box (versus 3 mth/6mth/12mth). Why would anyone think ONE MONTH was a subscription? I anxiously awaited delivery only to find absolute garbage, poor quality toys which were absolutely not 'Ballistic' for my dog's ability to chew. I requested a refund (under their satisfaction guarantee), only to find they do not refund, only replace. After much pressure (via chat only, since you cannot call them), I reluctantly agreed to the replacement and also informed the person on the chat that I did not want anything further. The replacement items arrived, not in a box, but a dirty plastic bag and were worse than the first. I wrote it off to experience and was relieved to be done with Bullymake. Yesterday I discovered a new charge on my credit card from Bullymake. Figuring it was a simple mistake I contacted them again ONLY VIA CHAT, to learn that this was my ongoing subscription. HOW IS ONE BOX A SUBSCRIPTION? I was told it was already in route and could not be cancelled. Nor would I be credited for the charge of 51.37 (for a $39 box!).
I have been trying now for two days to reach anyone at this company. They do post a phone number (469-878-1988) which I found online (not from bullymake of course), which appears to also be fraudulent. I left a message however it gives no indication that it belongs to this company and expect I will not receive a call back. There is an address posted which is in Texas. I highly doubt it is legit either. I have sent several emails to their customer service email to which I receive back nothing but doubletalk. I want my money back for something I NEVER ordered. I also never approved them saving my credit card. Their website gives me no ability to remove it, and I can't contact anyone to do it. This is fraud. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have already reported them to my bank. Read the reviews folks (and NOT the ones on their site). I should have done so first. They are thieves and have already taken almost $100 from me. I am only rating as one * because I can't give zero.
