The cancellation form was received on June 30,at which time *** *** of our office discussed the cancellation with the merchantShe advised the merchant that he hasnot been able to see the saving on the rates that had been adjusted because he didn’t give enoughtimeThe merchant agreed to stay with just for the month of July so he couldsee the saving of what we have changed on his ratesNothing was heardback again from the merchantNo cancellation form was resubmittedWetherefore assumed that he was now content with the pricing reductions5. No charges were fraudulentAll charges wereaccording to the terms of the processing agreement.6. The $annual PCI DSS fee is not fornon-compliance, as is claimed in this disputeIt is the payment for theservice provider, ***, to complete this certificationThe existence ofhis certificate is validation that service was provided for the last year forthis PCI DSS Certification service through ***This annual fee ischarged by *** *** *** and remitted to ***Discount PaymentServices has no participation in this fee and does not have the authority torefund this feeWith no reasonable justification to refund this fee, *** *** asserts that the fee will stand and service was provided.7.
