I bought a watch from Ben M[redacted] over 2 months ago from ben m[redacted] and its still not there. By this time I am so infuriated over the situation I called Bulova several times to have something get done about this . Only to be transfered from one persons voicemail to the other or hung up on . I have bought several bulova watches in the past never having this problem . The only way to rectify this situation is to give me the watch for free any other company would completely understand and have already of got this done . I am a business owner and personally know how important it is to have good customer service. Ben M[redacted] did there job the mess up was on your guy's side by losing the order they sent and they've even been having a hard time getting any answers about the situation only getting the run around . So please contact me asap thank you

Review: I purchased a Bulova Accutron Gemini 63B012 watch from an online retailer and it was malfunctioning shortly after I received it. I sent it to the Bulova Service center and it was returned repaired but the back cover was scratched. I contacted the customer service line and was transfered to [redacted]'s who promised to make the situation right and replace the watch back. I sent the watch back and received it 10 business days later, with a new watch back, which was also scratched. Additionally, the crystal of the watch was scratched.

I contacted [redacted] through email immediately after opening the package and have received no reply within 48 hours. Additionally I contacted Bulova through twitter and received no reply.Desired Settlement: Since it is very clear that the service department cannot repair the watch correctly I'd like Bulova to replace the current watch with a new or similar watch.
