I've reviewed your case and can see that you purchased our premium subscription product Bumble Boost and were disappointed to find out that you couldn't view the people who had swiped right on youIt's unfortunately possible for users to disappear from view as you or they move location or change the search criteria that originally showed the two of you to each otherIt's also possible you swiped on these users in your swipe queue before seeing them in the Beeline, meaning they would no longer show In these circumstances you wouldn't ordinarily qualify with a refund as per the Terms and Conditions presented upon paymentThat said, we absolutely don't want you to have a bad experience with our app so we have today issued a refund to you as a gesture of goodwillPlease allow 5-business days for this to reach you Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us via our website or social media channels should there be anything else at all that we can do to help
