We are very sorry you felt it necessary to contact the Revdex.com to resolve this matter. We do strive for excellent customer service. We are a Revdex.com member for a reason.I can assure you that nobody was avoiding your phone calls. Your assertions are especially frustrating because it is...

exactly the opposite of what you state; we forward the business phones to [redacted]'s cell phone during non-business hours or when she is out of the office so we can help ensure good customer service by being able to answer the phone.
It is possible that calls were made outside of our business hours which does happen frequently since we are on Pacific Standard Time and many of our customers, including you, are on Eastern Standard Time. Many of your calls were before business hours, and [redacted] did indeed call you back - which you state. If you called during business hours and it went to voicemail it is likely because we were on the line with another customer. It sounds like this was the perfect little storm of miscommunications and human error, and I do sincerely apologize. We do not know what happened with your inquiry on 6/4. It is possible [redacted] just simply forgot to call you back. In any case, we are sorry. When you contacted us again on 6/20, a clerical error was made and your warranty claim was not actually entered into our system. We do sincerely apologize. Despite the error we believe that [redacted]'s prompt responses to your inquiries and the fact that you did get a call back show that we do strive for good customer service and that we did want to help you, even if we are not perfect. There is no excuse for the error, but I can assure you we were not attempting to avoid honoring your warranty or anything like that. We take care of our customers, as our many thousands of other customers can attest. I am sorry we weren't able to live up to our excellent reputation for you in this case.
When you contacted us on 8/24, [redacted] apologized profusely, made SURE you were entered into the system with notes stating what had happened, and we made sure you were a priority. At no time did you make it clear to us that you were so upset that you just wanted to receive a refund.
It does typically take 30-60 days to process warranty claims because they go through a different process than our regular new batteries. This usually isn't a problem as Honda cars can usually continue to operate with a failed battery. You never communicated that your car had "stopped working"; I could have advised you as to what was happening and how to fix it.
 
I admit we dropped the ball in this case, but we really are here to help. If you don't receive a call back, or notification of shipment in the time frame discussed, contact us to see what is happening. Rest assured, you will get taken care of. These things do happen, we do not claim to be perfect, but we are good people and we do make a wholehearted attempt to take care of our customers. Again, I am sorry that we failed to take care of you. I do not know what happened, but we will take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again.
