is his valve he provided. With no directions I told him if he wanted me to come back and finish I would need the directions to that shower facet. He wanted it done yesterday. I could not get to it till next week. He went off and said he would call someone else. His problem is bad tile work. Can not get his escusions tight to tile. He did show me the directions on line. He was missing parts. I had him order them. Again he wanted me down yesterday. Parts would not be available till next week and I told him I would come down next week. He has threaten me, now I scared to go back. I charged him $150 back. That is what I charged foe that. He refused. He we are.

- I have multiple estimates from plumbing companies who contradict the idea that this is an issue with my tile. The man set the valve too deep and set it reversed so the hot and cold don't function properly. This is why he asked me to buy an extender.
Further, I specifically told him what the plumbing supply company told me when I purchased the valve which was "do not let your plumber install the valve without reading the instructions as it is a complicated valve"
He response was and I quote " I don't need the instructions, I could put a toilet on your roof if I wanted too". It was only later that he asked for the instructions after he had mad the mistake. I asked him if he wanted me to print them and he stated he could just open them from his phone if I emailed them to him. He couldn't open them from his phone.
I obtained the instructions, it could not be fixed due to the depth of the valve, also the hot and cold are reversed. Please see the attached report from [redacted] plumbing. They are a member of the Revdex.com with an A+ Rating. I think they are qualified to make this determination.
I have had multiple tile guys in here who wont even touch my shower due to the complexities. Its looking like they will have to remove my shower panel, tear out tile and re-install. It's perhaps a 3 thousand dollar mistake at this point.
If the man is innocent, why is he offering me money?
As far as me threatening him and him feeling afraid, I am 5'8" 140lbs. He is at least 6' and 250lbs. That is absolutely ridiculous. I want my shower fixed. Again, I've already paid him. I will begin to upload tile bids as well in two weeks. I am out of town on business until then.

He is lieing. He did not give any directions. I keep asking for them. I have been to his house five times expecting directions. I have tried working with him on this. Last time I tried. He showed me directions on his pc. We found he was missing parts he he is holding me responcable for. I offered him the money for the finish. He said sense I can't get the escusion up tight to tile it was installed wrong. It was the tile installed poorly. He is trying to do the job on the cheap. I have made an extra effort till he said the parts would be in, in one week but he wanted the job done yesterday. I told him I was to busy this week to fix it. Parts weren't available anyway. I take pride in what I do. I am good. I can put a toilet on his roof and make it work. I know how to install valve. He did not tell me to wait for directions. He begged me to finish this. I told him I needed direction but tried anyway. I did not get paid for that. Ask him for a receipt. For this. My offer is still on the table. $150.

Absolutly not, my position is clear and multiple plumbers who hold an A+ rating with the Revdex.com as well as multiple tile installers agree with me and I have it in writing. Further, [redacted] has been paid in full and he was the most expensive out of all of my bids.
