Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: This company has continually accused me of using profanity and being unprofessional to their staff This has never actually happenedAs previously stated, being that I work for and own a small business myself I would not behave that way to a company I have hired myself and paid to complete a job I called the company after their continued lack of communication with me regarding the job and continued lack of showing up to complete the jobI was accused of name calling at one point by one of the female staff members (who said she was informed by another staff member that I used profanity but never actually heard me use any foul language or name call) at which point I was the one who explained to them that this behavior was unprofessional and not customer friendlyI have never in my life seen a company behave so childishly or accuse customers of things that simply are not true I am astounded by this company's continued accusations and response to this issue None of this would have ever occurred if they would have completed the job It's sad that in a small community where services are limited that a company such as this would lie and make up things about a paying customer to get out of completing quality work and therefore enhancing customer satisfactionI sincerely hope the Revdex.com takes this into serious consideration and strips them of their accreditation I would never want my name linked to a company who behaves such as this

To Whom It May Concern,My name is Michael [redacted]r, owner of [redacted]r Septic Tank and Grading, Inc. I will not be attending the hearing date set for May 16, 2017 at 10am. In regards to the complainant we will not be doing any further work to resolve an issue she believes there is. We have went back out to her property to complete such said work to resolve the issue at hand. An additional reason being, the complainant, Maggie [redacted] was very unprofessional to my office staff. Mrs. [redacted] used profanity, yelled and harassed my staff. Far as I am concerned I have completed the job and will not be doing any additional said work. Respectfully,Michael [redacted]rOwner

Well  I am aware of this customer complaint where as there is parts of her story that is true others were left out. It is true that we did this job and she has some reason  to be upset in the delay. I met with her on the property and there had been a permit drawn for a pump system...

for a repair she said she couldn't afford a system which would cost over 9 thousand dollars. So she asked if we could do anything different so I contacted environmental health and ask if we could get it changed. So I was able to get it changed so we could get a gravity system and go through the driveway. She was there the complete time as we discussed all the procedures we were able to save her several thousand dollars. The system was installed and every thing was good until it rained and the soil settled around the tank and drive at that time she called and I did tell her that due to the extreme dry soil conditions that it was understandable of settling to occur and that we would come back and regrade over the disturbed area. After this conversation it rained several times and she called me and I explained that we needed it to dry out before we could come back. She then got very irate with my office help and used foul language to my people in my office to the point that she was told not to call back unless she could be cival to us. Then her other half called and was very nice and I sent an operator and machine up there with instruction to make them happy. Dale our operator said that her boyfriend or husband said it was good. We thought it was good until we heard on social media that she was unsatisfied. We as a company always try to do what we can to make our customers happy but sometimes its just unachievable and this is the case. We usually have 8 to 12 customers a day and have been in business over 55 years we didn't get there by being dishonest to have worked with this customer an went out of the way for her makes me wonder if I should go out and help others. I will continue to go above and beyond because that's what builds our goodwill in the business community even though there are people who try to take advantage.
