Well I am aware of this customer complaint where as there is parts of her story that is true others were left outIt is true that we did this job and she has some reason to be upset in the delayI met with her on the property and there had been a permit drawn for a pump system for a repair she said she couldn't afford a system which would cost over thousand dollarsSo she asked if we could do anything different so I contacted environmental health and ask if we could get it changedSo I was able to get it changed so we could get a gravity system and go through the drivewayShe was there the complete time as we discussed all the procedures we were able to save her several thousand dollarsThe system was installed and every thing was good until it rained and the soil settled around the tank and drive at that time she called and I did tell her that due to the extreme dry soil conditions that it was understandable of settling to occur and that we would come back and regrade over the disturbed areaAfter this conversation it rained several times and she called me and I explained that we needed it to dry out before we could come backShe then got very irate with my office help and used foul language to my people in my office to the point that she was told not to call back unless she could be cival to usThen her other half called and was very nice and I sent an operator and machine up there with instruction to make them happyDale our operator said that her boyfriend or husband said it was goodWe thought it was good until we heard on social media that she was unsatisfiedWe as a company always try to do what we can to make our customers happy but sometimes its just unachievable and this is the caseWe usually have to customers a day and have been in business over years we didn't get there by being dishonest to have worked with this customer an went out of the way for her makes me wonder if I should go out and help othersI will continue to go above and beyond because that's what builds our goodwill in the business community even though there are people who try to take advantage
