Review: On September **, 2014 I placed an order on their website for a Rear Bumper Blocker + Trunk Strap, Bumper Shox, Corner Bumper Guards and a Parking Receipt Ticket Holder. Order number is: [redacted]. I received the order on September [redacted], 2014. Upon opening the package and inspecting the item, I came to the conclusion that I don't like the Rear Bumper Blocker item, so, within the next couple of days I contacted the company thru their only acceptable form of contact which is via email message from their website (no phones provided) and asked them if I can request a RMA for only one item from that order (and keep the rest of the items). No answer back from the company. Waited few more days and went back to their website where I discovered that I can request an RMA for a partial order. So, I filled up a RMA request just for two items from the order: Rear Bumper Blocker + Trunk Strap.

As of today, September [redacted], 2014 I did not receive approved RMA nor any kind of communication from the company. I feel like I am being cheated on!

On their website they claim that customers can return merchandise within 15 days of receipt, but how can you return it without an RMA they refuse to issue? What kind of company is this and what kind of services are those? I also emailed them and ask them for the DCA number and they refused to provide me with - it is not listed on invoice, nor on their website!Desired Settlement: I want the company to contact me asap with an approved RMA for a full refund so I can send back the items.

Review: I ordered two products from the Bumper Blocker website. One of the products is not the product that I anticipated. The company has a return policy stating that I can return the product within 15 days to get full refund. In order for me to return the product I need to get RAN number. I contacted this company 4 times by writing to them in order to get the number. I did not get any response from them. If I don't send it back within 15 days I will not be able to get the full refund. The time is crucial. Please help me contact this company in order to get the full refund for the product that I don't want.Desired Settlement: I want to return the Rear Bumper Blocker back to the company and get the full price refund for it. Customer [redacted] was refunded in the amount of $76.16 (product cost $69.99 plus applicable NY tax) on December **, 2013 for her order number [redacted]. The reason for customer's frustration is that she did not follow the clear return instructions as posted on the company website.
